Using the analogy of all it took to create Bethany’s new house/studio, they draw parallels on how an undeveloped, misplaced, or miscommunicated vision can lead to a practice that fails to fulfill the desires of the practice owner and team. Dr. Jones shares his wisdom on seeking help when a vision is hard to formulate, and he discusses the importance of ensuring that the team is behind the mission and vision.
